Some impressions from participants in previous courses
I experienced a number of “aha moments” and I am now able to better understand my own actions as well as the actions of others. I really liked the open communication and the close bond between all of the participants. I felt safe enough to share personal situations, views, opinions, experiences, and questions with regards to the topics discussed.
I warmly recommend this course to everyone, including priests, the initiated and the uninitiated. These topics greatly impact the quality of our relationships as well as the quality of our professional and personal lives.

The course surpassed my expectations is every single way.
The price is essentially more like a symbolic contribution because this course taught me more than various workshops that are four to six times more expensive. I really liked the way in which pieces of information and knowledge were relayed to us. We were expected to actively participate and think about our own lives, perceptions, emotions, etc.
A part of the course was similar to coaching as we were guided towards reaching our own conclusions in order to realize what is “hindering” us and how we can find the way forward. Various existential truths, wisdoms, and lessons were presented in an understandable and accessible manner, supported by very engaging (and often funny) practical examples that increased understanding and retention. The execution and content of the workshop affected my way of thinking so that the walls have started to come down, and I was provided with the tools that enable me to continue the work at home. In short: A truly magnificent workshop!

I finally realized how very lost I was within the story of my own life. Jasmina managed to “reset” me with one single sentence. As I was explaining how I do not want to be like my mother, she made me realize that I was becoming like my grandmother who never got along with my mother. As if someone would finally make me see myself in a mirror and help me understand that a unique version of me exists as well and that I have the right to be, to breathe, to think, and to have my own needs. I really liked the practical part that led me to a profound personal realization, and I can confidently say that my life will never be the same again. I now always ask myself: “What about you? What does this mean to you?”

Jasmina uses all of her wisdom, mindfulness, and empathy to hold up a mirror to you. The energies she summons during the workshop help you accept what you see within the safe confines of time and space.
I was made aware that I am in conflict with the following Yoruba wisdom: “You must respect even the ancestors who were not good to you.” I was also reminded of my own strength and encouraged to respect my taboo: “Do not ignore the people who irritate you.”
